Have you always been interested in visual art and never found a space where to explore your creativity? Then this is YOUR space!
This is the space for anyone who would like to explore mindfulness and the visual art world without the pressure of producing something "perfect". It is a space where you can relax and be yourself and you are going to be celebrated for who you are.
This week we are going to explore how we can connect with our creative flow. You will learn about the principle of "focus point" in an art work. No previous experience in making art is required.
What do you need for this session: - Paper - Colours (any type you prefer) -Any other materials you have around
Workshop structure: - Short meditation to settle in into the space - Intro to task: focus rule and flow - Space to put into practice - Time to reflect on the work done together.

I am operating as "pay what you can" to make it accessible to everyone. I do encourage donation as that will make my work sustainable.
Zoom rule: You will be required to have your camera on at all time as that makes it more inclusive.
I know online it is not ideal, but hopefully soon enough we will be able to do more workshop together
