Start well the week with some Mindful Art as part of #MindfulMonday

Mindful Art workshops are designed to help you find your creative flow, to encourage you to relax and to improve your wellbeing - previous art experience is not required.

Each week, you will learn some basic design principles (like composition, focus point etc) and you will produce a unique artwork - because you are unique!

Workshop structure:

- Short meditation to settle in into the space

- Intro to the task

- Time to be creative

- Time to reflect on the work done together.

I am operating as "pay what you can"  to make it accessible to everyone. I do encourage donation as that will make my work sustainable. 

Zoom rule: You will be required to have your camera on at all time as that makes it more inclusive. 

I know online it is not ideal, but hopefully soon enough we will be able to do more workshop together
